Services are provided to residential, commercial, and industrial customers in Davie, FL and the surrounding Broward County area.

The scope of any individual project is defined by the written estimate or proposal provided to you before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on an on-site assessment of the work required. An estimate is not a binding contract until both parties have agreed in writing to the scope of work and pricing. Final pricing may differ from an initial estimate if site conditions, the extent of required prep work, or the scope of the project change after the estimate is provided.

We will notify you in writing of any material changes to scope or price before proceeding with additional work. No work outside the agreed scope will be performed without your prior approval.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Once a start date is agreed upon, we ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will work with you to find a new date. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or the forfeiture of any deposit paid, at our discretion.

We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, material availability, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if a reschedule is necessary and will work to minimize disruption to your project timeline.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in the written proposal provided before work begins. A deposit may be required before scheduling or ordering materials. The remaining balance is typically due upon project completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Invoices not paid by the due date may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue work on projects with outstanding unpaid balances. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of your estimate.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To allow us to complete your project properly and on schedule, you agree to:

• Clear the work area of vehicles, furniture, equipment, and stored items before the crew arrives, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.
• Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area on the agreed start date and during the project.
• Disclose any known conditions of the concrete or the property - such as previous coatings, known moisture problems, or structural damage - that may affect the work.
• Keep the coated surface clear of foot traffic, vehicles, and heavy loads for the curing period specified by our crew.

We are not responsible for delays or defects caused by conditions you failed to disclose, or by your failure to follow care instructions provided at project completion.

7. Warranty Disclaimers

Any warranty on workmanship or materials will be stated in your written proposal. Where no written warranty is provided, our services are delivered on an "as is" basis. We make no representations or warranties beyond those stated in writing.

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from improper use, failure to follow care instructions, damage caused by third parties, or conditions that existed at the time of installation that were not disclosed to us. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Davie Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the services we provide, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of a project shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that project.

9. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between you and Davie Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring, we ask that you contact us first to try to resolve it informally. Most issues can be resolved quickly with direct communication. If informal resolution is not possible, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation. Any legal action shall be filed in the courts of Broward County, Florida.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
