Davie Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring was founded in 2016 with one straightforward goal: give Davie homeowners and businesses a concrete flooring contractor they could actually trust. At the time, the area had no shortage of contractors willing to quote a job - but finding one who showed up prepared, did the prep work properly, and stood behind their results was harder than it should have been.

Davie is a town with its own character. Most of the homes here were built between the 1970s and 1990s on concrete slab foundations, and those slabs have seen decades of South Florida heat, humidity, and storm seasons. The concrete blocks that make up the walls and the slabs beneath the floors behave differently here than they do in a drier climate - and a contractor who does not understand that will cut corners that cost you later.

Since 2016, we have worked on garages near Nova Southeastern University, horse properties near the Bergeron Rodeo Grounds, and everything in between. Broward County has been good to us, and we try to give that back by doing work that holds up and being straight with people about what their floor actually needs.
